Lawn Aeration & Over-Seeding

Available in Spring & Fall

Lawn Aeration

Also known as core aeration, the process involves using a lawn aerator to puncture the soil with small holes. This allows air and water to penetrate deep into the roots, promoting healthy growth and stronger roots.

Lawn aeration offers the following benefits:

  • Encourages healthier and more durable grassroots
  • Allows water and air to flow to the soil and roots
  • Helps break up dense and highly compressed soil
  • Enables better fertilization
  • Prevents mushroom growth
  • Improves insect resistance
  • Improves drought resistance
  • Encourages new growth
  • Reduces lawn maintenance requirements

Lawn Overseeding

Over Seeding helps fill in bare spots or, when applied to the entire yard, improve the overall density of your existing lawn. Spring or fall are the best seasons for overseeding because the seed has time to become established in the soil, and isn’t stressed from foot traffic, drought, or pests. Our fall and spring lawn overseeding services work in tandem with our lawn aeration services. Lawn Aeration and overseeding work well together because the holes from aeration provide the seed with a perfect spot to germinate and grow.

Starter Fertilizer

Adding Fertilizer after spreading seeds is a great way to boost and accelerate the process of new growth. Starter Fertilizers include high Phosphorus (P) levels, which promotes extensive rooting while Nitrogen (N) and Potassium (K) help to green and strengthen the lawn. These nutrients will develop and strengthen the young seedlings so that they can grow into the beautiful, lush lawn you desire.
